Selective soil for the isolation of Helicobacter pylori from

Gastric specimens.

Packaging

Suspend 42.0 grams of medium in one liter of distilled water. Mix well and dissolve by heating with frequent agitation. Boil for one minute until complete dissolution. DO NOT AUTOCLAVE. Cool to 45-50ºCº and aseptically add 7% of defibrinated horse blood. Mix well and dispense into plates.
