Suspend 64,6 grams of the dehydrated medium in one liter of distilled water. Mix well, agitating frequently and boil for one minute. Distribute 10 ml in tubes and sterilize and autoclave at 121ºC for 15 minutes. Cool and add aseptically 0,1 ml of Vancomycin Supplement (10 mg/10 ml) to the 10 ml of Lauryl Sulphate Tryptose Broth Modified.
