Mini Water Still 1 l/h
Complete configuration of tank and collecting vessel
Benchtop mini-distiller for general laboratory use.
- The parts in contact with water are made of stainless steel and glass of high strength, easy sterilization and cleaning.
- Ideal model to obtain high purity water thanks to the fact that it does not come into contact with the plastic parts along its way to the collection jug, eliminating possible recontaminations.
- Plastic parts are still certified for food use and without BPA
- The sequence of the water passage is boiling chamber (stainless steel 304), consenser (stainless steel 304), glass nozzle and glass carafe
The principle of operation of this distiller is very simple and is based on the principles of the natural process of purification of water in the terrestrial environment widely known as the hydrological cycle.
This instrument mimics this process on a small scale and provides the purest form of water for various laboratory uses.
- The instrument is equipped with an electric heater for the boiling chamber; when water is poured, this heater allows it to be quickly brought to the boil.
- The water vapour moves upwards where there is a cooling system that converts the vapour into droplets of water.
- All impurities are separated and the purified water passes through the condensation process and moves towards the ugenus.
- There is no contact of water with contaminating plastic material
- The nozzle of the distiller is also made inside, and the purified water is collected in a 4 l glass jug, making it ready for use.
This instrument is ideal for laboratories that require not high consumption of distilled water of the order of 10÷16 liters per day.
The purity conditions of the water produced depend on several factors, in particular the status of the mains supply.
Several laboratory tests have shown that the result shows that you have the best performance with a value of 1.3 us / cm of conductivity under the condition of water completely cooled and without carbon filter added taking into account that the temperature affects the conductivity.
The TDS (Total Dissolved Solids) is about 0.6 ppm.
