Features
HN/98103F is a pocket-sized tool designed specifically for the food industry.
The special HN/FC200S electrode is designed for measurements in foodstuffs: it has a simple to clean PVDF body and a conical tip that optimises contact with semi-solid foodstuffs.
The electrode is equipped with a screw connector that allows easy replacement.
Thanks to the hundredth resolution and the manual 2-point calibration, through easily accessible adjustment screws, it allows to see immediately on the liquid crystal display the PH behaviour in the most varied measuring conditions.
Practical and lightweight, it works continuously for a thousand hours with ordinary 1.5 V batteries.
