Description
EasyTaq PCR SuperMix is a ready-to-use mixture of EasyTaq DNA Polymerase, dNTPs and optimized buffer.
The SuperMix is provided at 2×concentration and used at 1× concentration by adding template, primers and H2O.
PCR products are not suitable for PAGE.
- Extension rate is about 1-2 kb/min
- Template-independent “A” can be generated at the 3’ end of the PCR product. PCR products can be cloned into pEASY-T vectors
- Amplification of genomic DNA fragment up to 4 kb
