Selective medium for the detection of E. coli in water and food by the membrane filtration technique
Packaging
Suspend 50.0 grams of the medium in one liter of distilled water. Heat agitating until the medium is completely dissolved. Dispense into appropriate containers. Sterilize at 121ºC for 15 minutes.
