Borosilicate glass homogenizers complete with PTFE piston.
- PTFE pestle has 0.15 - 0.25 mm clearance with borosilicate mortar
- Pestle shaft 6.5 mm
- Volumes stated are working volumes
- Ideal for small amounts of tissue
- Serrated pestle should be used on tough materials such as tumours
- Avoid excessive generated heat as could cause binding.
The homogenizers are supplied complete with steel piston with PTFE terminal part with Striated bottom.
