MEVAG MEDIUM - 500 g
For the study of the sucrose fermentation
Packaging
Suspend 13.35 grams of the medium in one liter of distilled water. Mix well. Heat agitating for one minute until completely dissolved. Distribute into 7ml tubes containers and sterilize at 121º for 15 minutes. Remelt to 45-50ºC and aseptically add drops of sterile 30% sucrose solution to obtain a final concentration of 1%.
